!!!Das Zimmer MUSS am 24.2. übergeben und bezahlt werden!!!! Anders geht es nicht!
Es ist möbliert, mit den wichtigsten Möbeln.
Bett, Schreibtisch und einige Kleinigkeiten werden kostenpflichtig übergeben (50€).
Das Zimmer hat den Balkon der Wohnung mit bodentiefen Fenstern. Gegenüber ist ein Gebäude der Uni, in dem nie was los ist.
Die Sonne scheint herrlich ins Zimmer.
Die Wohnung wird Ende März aufgelöst. Es gibt daher keine Möglichkeit der Verlängerung.
Es gibt eine Waschmaschine. Einen 15qm großen Raum der gemeinsam als Wäschetrocknen-Raum und Abstellraum benutzt wird.
Das Zimmer ist eine ideale Übergangslösung, für deinen Start in Berlin!

The room has the only balcony with floor-to-ceiling windows. Opposite is a building of the university, where there is never anything going on.
The sun shines beautifully into the room.
The apartment will be dissolved at the end of March. Therefore, there is no possibility of renewal.
There is a washing machine. A 15sqm room that is shared as a laundry drying room and storage room.
The room is an ideal temporary solution.
Die Ubahn Station Ernst-Reuter-Platz ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Es gibt auch einen Bus der zum Zoo oder Bahnhof fährt, 5min entfernt.
Die Spree ist direkt hinter dem Häuserblock, also 2 min entfernt.
Edeka ist 10min zu Fuß entfernt.
The subway station Ernst-Reuter-Platz is only a few minutes walk away. There is also a bus that goes to the zoo or train station, 5min away.

Kommt auf dich an. Die Jungs sind lieb und nett, eine Kommunikation auf deutsch ist nicht möglich. Aber mit einfachem Englisch, kommt man gut zu Recht. Es wird im März auch nur einer der beiden da sein, der andere macht eine England Reise.
Depends on you. The guys are nice and sweet, communication in German is not possible. But with simple English, you get along well. Only one of them will be there in March, the other one is going on a trip to England.
Dir steht eine eigene Toilette zur Verfügung, wenn du dies wünschst.
