Das schöne 24qm große Zimmer hat Dielenboden, Stuck und zwei große Fenster in Richtung Westen, die den ganzen Tag über viel Sonne hineinlassen. Das Zimmer wurde genau wie die gesamte Wohnung im Juni 2022 komplett saniert und ist deshalb nigelnagelneu :)
Das Zimmer wird möbliert vermietet mit einem Bett, zwei Kommoden, einer Kleiderstange und Schuhschränken und Regalen.
Die Mietdauer beträgt nächst 6 Monate, kann aber auch unbefristet verlängert werden :)

The beautiful 24 sqm room has floorboards, stucco and two large windows facing west, which let in a lot of sun throughout the day. The room was completely renovated just like the whole apartment in June 2022 and is therefore brand new :)
The room is rented furnished with a bed, two dressers, a clothes rail and shoe cabinets and shelves.
The rental period is next 6 months, but can also be extended indefinitely :)
Die Wohnung befindet sich in Charlottenburg direkt am Schloss, dass du sogar vom Balkon aus sehen kannst.
Die Bushaltestelle ist 1 min. zu Fuß entfernt und zur Ringbahn (Westend) sind es auch nur 5 min. mit dem Bus oder 15 min. zu Fuß.
Im der Straße (1 min. entfern) befindet sich auch ein Rewe und zur Fußgängerzone in der Wilmerdorferstraße sind es auch nur 12 Gehminuten. Am KuDamm bis du auch in 15 min. mit dem Bus ;)

The apartment is located in Charlottenburg directly at the castle that you can see even from the balcony.
The bus stop is 1 min away by foot and to the Ringbahn (Westend) you only need 5 min by bus or 15 min by foot.
In the street (1 min.) is also a Rewe and the pedestrian zone in the Wilmerdorferstraße is only 12 minutes away. You can reach KuDamm in 15 min. by bus ;)
Du teilst dir die Wohnung mit Michael (30), Artist Manager und leidenschaftlichem Koch und Eri (31) Brand Managerin. Da beide beruflich viel unterwegs sind, ist es Abends eher ruhig, weshalb sich das Zimmer eher für Berufstätige und Wochenendpendler eignet.
