ich suche einen neuen WG-Mitbewohner für meine Wohnung. Eigentlich möchte ich nicht dauerhaft in dieser Wohnung bleiben. Deshalb befinde ich mich auf Wohnungssuche und kann daher nur auf unbestimmte Zeit einen befristeten Untermietvertrag anbieten. Eventuell ginge aber eine Nachmiete der Wohnung. Die Miete würde mit allen Nebenkosten (Strom, WLAN, Warmwasser etc.) 600€ betragen. Die Wohnung ist 5 min. vom S-Bahnhof Friedenau entfert und in der Nähe (10 min. ) der Schloßstr. Das Zimmer ist unmöbliert !! Nicht wie auf dem Foto!! (ich könnte nur eine 90x200 cm Matratze anbieten). Bad und Küche sind möbiliert.
Ich bin ca. die Hälfte der Wochentage nur Zuhause. Ich würde Nichtraucher (zumindest in der Wohnung) bevorzugen. Natürlich können Freunde zu Besuch kommen nur von WG-Partys sollte abgesehen werden. Bitte keine Haustiere. Das Zimmer ist ca. 20 qm groß und hat ein großes Fenster in Richtung Süd-Westen (Zimmer 1 auf dem Grundriss). Das Bad verfügt sowohl über eine Badewanne als auch eine Dusche mit Regendusche. Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine sind ebenfalls vorhanden.
Zwecks der Befristung würde ich eine 1 Monatige Kündigungsfrist, welche für beide Seiten gilt vereinbaren, sodass beide Partein Zeit haben nach etwas Neuem zu gucken. Kaution nach Absprache.
Falls alles Beschriebene für dich in ordnung wäre freue ich mich von dir zu hören.

I am looking for a new flatmate for my apartment. Actually, I do not want to stay permanently in this apartment. Therefore, I am looking for an apartment and can therefore only offer a temporary sublease for an indefinite period. Possibly, however, a subsequent rent of the apartment would be possible. The rent would be 600€ with all utilities (electricity, wifi, hot water, etc.). The apartment is 5 min. from the S-Bahn station Friedenau entfert and near (10 min. ) the Schloßstr. The room is unfurnished !!! Not like on the photo !!! (I could only offer a 90x200 cm mattress). Bathroom and kitchen are furnished.
I am about half of the weekdays only home. I would prefer non-smokers (at least in the apartment). Of course friends can come to visit only WG parties should be refrained from. Please no pets. The room is about 20 sqm and has a large window facing south-west (room 1 on the floor plan). The bathroom has both a bathtub and a shower with rain shower. Dishwasher, washing machine are also available.
For the purpose of the time limit, I would agree on a 1-month notice period, which applies to both sides, so that both parties have time to look for something new. Deposit by arrangement.
