Das Zimmer ist verfügbar von Oktober bis Dezember, eventuell aber auch bis Mitte Januar. Es ist relativ groß und nach Süden ausgerichtet, hat also viel Licht und eine schöne Aussicht. Möbel sind bereits vorhanden (Bett, Sofa, Schrank, Schreibtisch, Klavier, Fernseher). Du kannst aber trotzdem gerne eigene Sachen mitbringen oder auch in den Keller stellen. Sonst ist alles eingerichtet in Küche, Bad usw.
The room is available from October to December, but possibly also until mid-January. It is relatively large and faces south, so it has a lot of light and a nice view. Furniture is already available (bed, sofa, wardrobe, desk, piano, TV). But you can still bring your own things or put them in the basement. Otherwise, everything is furnished in the kitchen, bathroom, etc.
5 Minuten zu Fuß von S Friedenau, in 20-30 Minuten kann man überall hinkommen. Ein Nahkauf ist um die Ecke, aber gibt auch Rewe, Netto, Edeka in der Nähe.

Da mein Mitbewohner Felix nach Italien geht, suche ich jemande*n, der*die in der Zeit einziehen möchte. Ich studiere Politikwissenschaft an der FU und schreibe gerade meine Bachelorarbeit. Ich bin sehr offen und unternehmungslustig, brauche aber durchaus auch ruhige Tage für mich selbst. Ich würde mich freuen, wenn wir nicht nur die Wohnung teilen, sondern auch ein bisschen aus unserem täglichen (Gefühls-)Leben. Mir ist gute Kommunikation wichtig und dass wir zusammen eine entspannte WG-Atmosphäre aufbauen können, vielleicht mal zusammen kochen (am besten vegetarisch/vegan) oder an den See fahren. Wenn du also Bock hast, ein paar Monate hier zu wohnen,erzähl gerne ein bisschen von dir und sag mir einfach in der Bewerbung, welches Tier dich am besten beschreibt :)

Since my roommate Felix is going to Italy, I am looking for someone who would like to move in during that time. I study political science at the FU and am currently writing my bachelor thesis. I am very open and adventurous, but I also need quiet days for myself. I would be happy if we not only share the apartment, but also a bit of our daily (emotional) life. Good communication is important to me and that we can build a relaxed WG atmosphere together, maybe cook together sometimes (preferably vegetarian/vegan) or go to the lake. So if you'd like to live here for a few months, feel free to tell me a little bit about yourself and tell me in the application, which animal describes you best :)
