3-Personen-Wohngemeinschaft, derzeit nur 2 Personen (ich + 1 Person), die in der Wohnung leben
300 € Miete für diesen Zeitraum. In dieser Miete ist ALLES enthalten! KEINE Nebenkosten (z.B. Strom oder Internet) müssen extra bezahlt werden.
Kaution in Höhe von 200 €.
Die Wohnung ist ideal gelegen, um ganz Berlin zu bereisen: Sie ist 5 Minuten von der U9, der S1 und allen Bussen entfernt, die am Walter-Schreiber-Platz vorbeifahren (es gibt viele davon!).
Das Rauchen ist verboten, auch im Zimmer. Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt. Keine Partys in der Wohnung.
Mit Untermietvertrag. Selbstverständlich ist keine Anmeldung für diesen Mietzeitraum möglich.

3-person shared flat, currently only 2 people (me + 1 person living in the apartment)
€300 rent for the period. Rent that includes EVERYTHING! NO utilities (e.g. electricity or internet fees) to be paid extra.
Deposit in the amount of €200.
The flat is ideally located for travelling all over Berlin: it is 5 minutes away from the U9, the S1 and all buses that pass Walter-Schreiber-Platz (there are many of them!).
Smoking is prohibited, even in the room. No pets are allowed. No parties in the flat.
With subletting contract. Of course, no Anmeldung is possible for this rental period.
