My husband and I live in a 3,5-room apartment in Berlin Friedenau. The apartment lies between S-/U-Bahnhof Innsbrucker Platz (5-10 minute walk, Ringbahn, U4, busses) and S-Bahnhof Friedenau (5-minute walk, S1).
The rentable room is furnished with a double bed, a shelf, a cupboard, a large sofa and sofa table. It is sunny and spacious. However, it is only suitable for someone who enjoys the sunshine in the morning as we do not provide curtains (the window-niche is too tight).
Smoking is not allowed in the room but in the kitchen, which is at your disposal. Moreover you can use the washing machine and ask us for anything you need.
We look for women/flinta or couples to join us for short term stays. We are both working full time (project management and gastronomy) and know the city well. We have family predominantly in Germany, Italy, Sardinia, France and Ireland and speak the languages mentioned in the details.
We go to bed early and get up early for work, which means that we look for people who come to Berlin for work and have similar rhythms. You will join a loving, left, anticolonialist, and anticapitalist house.
