Beautiful furnished room in Schöneberg available from the 1st of July until the 18th of July for €500!! Apartment with balcony!
Hello, I will be renting out my flat for a few weeks while I go back home and am looking for someone to sublet it to. It is a room in a 4 bedroom apartment with its own separate entrance and the living room between the other section, so it has a very private feeling. My roommates are all lovely, international people from Germany, Kenya, and Italy (1 woman 2 men). The kitchen and bathrooms are shared between all four of us, luckily we have two bathrooms so the living is very easy in the flat!
The apartment is a 5 minute walk from the S1, 15 minutes from the Ringbahn and 10 minutes from the U9. The area is one of the most beautiful parts of Berlin, with many Altbaus (old buildings) lining the streets. There are supermarkets and Döner shops all over (within 5 minutes), as well as many other restaurants in the area. You will be very close to Naturpark Südgelände, Templehof, and about 20 minutes with the train to Schlachtensee, where many people enjoy bathing in the summer.
There is a possibility of one week extension if you need the room for a bit longer, but first I look for someone for these dates specifically.
Deposit is €500, which you of course get back at the end of the stay (it is mostly to protect any damages to my instruments, which you may carefully use if you like)
