Wir freuen uns auf ein/-e neue Mitmieter/-in in einer ruhigen und sauberen Zweck-WG
Verbindungen zur HU und FU je 15-20 min, Center West/Ost ebenfalls etwa 20 min., direkt an der S1.
Das Zimmer hat eine eigene Küche, Esstisch, ein SofaBett, einen Sekretär mit Stuhl, Teppiche, einen kleinen Kleiderschrank und Regale. Geschirr, Töpfe und Pfanne, Gläser, Tassen, Teller, Besteck etc. sowie eine eigene kleine Mikrowelle befinden sich im Küchenbereich. Kitchenette mit Kühlschrank und Ceranplatte.
Badezimmer und separate Toilette teilen wir und wünschen uns jemanden, der ebenfalls keine überquellenden Müllbehälter oder klebrige Hinterlassenschaften liebt. Ab und zu sind Familienangehörige zu Besuch.
Rauchen ist in der gesamten Wohnung ein NO GO. Ein Putzplan ist vorhanden und wir erwarten, dass er eingehalten wird. Sparsamer Umgang mit den Resourcen ist ausdrücklich erwünscht (Wasser, Strom, Energie).
We are a quiet and clean WG. Our tenant found his own Apt. The guest rooms big window is facing east/south so you are having a lot of light. Walking distance to the S-Bahn is only 150 meters (S1) or 2 min.
The room has a sofabed, closet, a davenport and shelves and is clean and renovated. Your own kitchenette with refrigerator and ceran device is in the room. Pots, pans, dishes, silverware etc. are provided, a small microwave as well, towels and sheets also. High ceilings.
Bathroom and separate toilet having to be shared and we are sharing a cleaning schedule.
We are NO party-WG!!! Nice neighborhood. Maximum stay is 6 month, extenďable on agreement up to a year.
Smoking NOT allowed.

In der Nähe gibt es vielfältige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Edeka und Lidl befinden sich nicht weit entfernt, in einer Seitenstraße findet ihr von der Fahrschule über mehrere Bäcker und Apotheken auch einen Blumenladen, kleine Cafés und Restaurants.
Very close you find a supermarket, Cafés and restaurants as well as small businesses like pharmacy, flowershop, driving school, copy shop, Bistro etc.
Wir leben in einer ZWECK WG, was gelegentliche Treffen nicht ausschließt. Kommunikation ist uns wichtig, dient aber nicht dem Selbstzweck. Fragen werden immer umgehend beantwortet.
Communication is important and conveniant even if it is just a papernote sometimes or messages using WA or SMS. Need more information? Just ask.
Ich selbst spiele Tennis in einem Verein. Mit dem Fahrrad oder öffentlichen VK sind wir sehr gut angebunden.
Keine Haustiere erlaubt.

Since I am playing Tennis in a club during the summer I could try to get a temporary membership.
