Ich suche zu Anfang Juli (spätestens zum 01. August) eine neue Mitbewohnerin für meine 2er-WG in Berlin Schöneberg (Friedenau)!
Das Zimmer ist in einer hellen zwei Zimmer Wohnung im 5.Stock mit Aufzug. Es ist ca. 14,5 qm groß im quadratischen Schnitt. Dazu gehört eine großer Balkon (ca. 5 qm). Da ich ebenfalls über einen Balkon verfüge, gehört dieser ganz dir allein. Das Zimmer wird UNMÖBLIERT vermietet. Es besteht jedoch die Möglichkeit den abgebildeten Kleiderschrank und das Bett mitzuübernehmen.
Im looking for a new flatmate from July (latest from 01. August) on. 2 room flat in Berlin Schöneberg (Friedenau)!
The room is very bright and is located on the 5th floor with elevator. It has around 14, 5 qm (square base). It also has a balcony (5 qm) which is all yours, since I have one as well. I will rent the room UNFURNISHED. But you can take the warderobe and the bed, if you like.
Die Wohung liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe (3 min zu Fuß) zum S-Bahnhof Friedenau (S1). Die Buslinie 187 ist direkt vor der Haustür. Bis zur Ringbahn (S41, S42) am Insbruckerplatz sind es ca. 10 Gehminuten oder zwei Busstationen.
Mehrere Supermärkte (Lidl, Edeka) sind zu Fuß innerhalb weniger Minuten erreichbar.
Trainstation S-Bahnhof Friedenau (S1) is like 3 mins away. Busline 187 is right in front of the door. Insbruckerplatz (S41, S42) is 10 mins away or 2 bus stations. There are several supermarkets in the neighborhood (Lidl, Edeka).
Ich bin 22 Jahre alt und studiere Jura an der Uni Potsdam. In meiner Freizeit unternehme ich viel mit Freunden, mache Sport, gehe auf Flohmärkte oder Ausstellungen oder gehe auch mal feiern (Griessmühle, Tresor usw.). Ansonsten bin ich ein eher ruhiger Mensch, dem ein harmonisches Zusammenleben, mit Verständnis und Rücksichtnahme für einander wichtig ist. Gerne bin ich für gemeinsame Aktionen (Kochen usw.) zu haben, lege aber auch viel Wert auf Privatsphäre. Bisher gab es auch immer einen Putzplan, daran würde ich gerne weiterhalten. Defintiv ist dies keine Party-WG.
I am 22 years old and study law at the University of Potsdam. In my free time I like to spend time with friends, do sports or going to flewmarktes or exhibitions or going to the club (Griessmühle, Tresor etc.). Besides that I'm more of a quiet person. It's important to me to treat each other with respect and sympathy. I'm always down for cooking etc. together, but also appreciate privacy. Having a clean flat is absolutly neccesary. No party-WG.
