The room is on the eight floor and consequently gives you quite a nice view. It is furnished with a bed, a small dinner table with a chair, a desk with a chair, a wardrobe and several closets. It has quite a lot of storage room for a 14m2 room.
The room is located in a student flat in the calm Friedrichsfelde neighbourhood. There are a lot of apartment buildings with parks and playgrounds between them in this neighbourhood. Several supermarkets (Rewe, Lidl, Aldi) are in walking distance, as well as the 'Tierpark Center' where you will find a small market and several other stores and banks such as DM, Rossmann, Commerzbank, and Postbank. Here you will also find the 'Tierpark' zoo.
Public transport connections:
U-Bahn station Tierpark (10 minutes walking distance): U5, Trams 21, 27, 37, 67, M17, Buses 296, N50.
Bus stop Balatonstrasse (5 minutes walking distance): 194, 296, 396, N50.
S-Bahn station Betriebsbahnhof Rummelsburg (20 minutes walking distance): S3.
There are three people living in the WG in total. The kitchen and bathroom are thus shared with two others. Your flatmates would be Omar from Egypt and Tushar from India. Both study engineering. The WG has a functioning weekly cleaning plan in which you would be expected to participate ;-).
The room would be available for subrent from February 1st to June 30th. Cleanliness and tidiness on your part would be a requirement :-). An Anmeldung on this address is unfortunately not possible. I plan on holding viewings as soon as possible, so it would be great if your are available for that in the coming days. Ich kann auch Deutsch verstehen und lesen, aber ich kann es nur nicht sehr gut schreiben. Wenn du möchtest kannst du mir auch auf Deutsch schreiben.
