12,5qm in 3er WG, unmöbliert, zwei Stationen bis Ostkreuz, große Wohnküche, 2 Bäder

In der Dolgenseestraße in Friedrichsfelde zieht die Gewobag zurzeit mehrere Neubauten hoch. Unser Haus und andere Gebäude sind komplett fertig, einen Rewe und eine Apotheke sind gleich um die Ecke. Außerdem hat das Haus an der Ecke noch einen Italiener und eine Eisdiele.

Vor dem Gebäude ist außerdem noch ein Parkplatz. 5min zu Fuß braucht man zur nächsten Bushaltestelle, ca. 8-10min durch einen kleinen Park zum S3 Betriebsbahnhof Rummelsburg (welcher nur 2 Stationen vom Ostkreuz ist). In 15min Fußweg erreicht man auch die U5 Tierpark.

The gewobag is building a lot of flats in the Dolgenseestraße right now, our house and flat is already finished. There is also a Rewe and a pharmacy right around the corner. Also in the same building there is a Italien restaurant and "Eisdiele" (ice cream parlor).

There are parking spots next to the building. In 5min you are at the nearest bus stop, in 8 to 10min you are at S3 "Betriebsbahnhof Rummelsburg" (two stations from "Ostkreuz"). In 15min your are at the U5 "Tierpark".

Du wirst mit Steffen und mir, Franziska, zusammenwohnen.

Zu uns kurz:

Steffen wohnt im Zimmer neben dir und ist ziemlich umgänglich, außerdem recht tech-begabt. Mir zumindest ist er sehr sympathisch. :) Er arbeitet als Programmierer für KIs, zurzeit wegen Corona hauptsächlich von Zuhause. Für mehr Details fragt ihr ihn am besten selbst. ^^

Ich selbst wohne seit 2016 in Berlin, mache demnächst eine Ausbildung zur Tierarzthelferin. Versuche mich außerdem nebenbei als Game Designerin. Werde hoffentlich auch weiter in Berlin bleiben, mag die Stadt. Ursprünglich komme ich aus Meck-Pomm aus einen kleinem Dorf (jupp, mehr Kühe als Menschen, also richtig Dorf), hatte aber schon einige Jahre in Greifswald gewohnt, da ich an der Uni Biomathematik und Biologie studiert habe.

Du siehst, es läuft darauf hinaus, dass wir ein wenig nerdig sind. :) Was aber nicht schlimm ist, das Gute an uns Nerds ist, das wir uns für alles Mögliche begeistern lassen und recht unkompliziert sind.

Im WG-Leben sind wir eher entspannt und ruhig, aber immer für einen Schnack zu haben (oder mal was gemeinsam zocken/gucken etc.).

Würde mich über jemand ähnlich Bekloppten freuen, aber es reicht, wenn ihr ordentlich und rücksichtsvoll seid und nicht diskriminierend gegen bestimmte Bevölkerungsgruppen oder so seid. Halt kein A-loch. ^^

About us:

Steffen lives in the room next to you and is pretty chill and now a lot about tech and stuff in general. He works as a programmer for AIs, currently from home because of Corona. Fpr more details you shpuld ask himself about that, but I can say he a nice flatmate to have.

I myself have been living in Berlin since 2016. I grew up in a small village in the countryside at the Baltic Sea in "Meck-Pomm" (north of Berlin and Brandenburg). I will study to become a veterinary assistent soon and do some Game Design for fun.

You see, we are quite nerdy, but this just means we are interested in lot a of things and can be easily excited.

I would decribe WG as rather calm and chill but easy to talk to.

The only thing I will not tolerate are rassists, homophobes (add all the other -ism in your head). We would not get along for long. ^^ Basically: don't be a douchebag.

Wichtiger Hinweis, vor allem für Allergiker:

Ich habe einen alten Kater, Struwwel (der Name ist recht passend, er ist recht zersaust). Man sieht ihm sein Alter wirklich an, er ist ca. 15 Jahre (vom Tierheim allerdings nur geschätzt) und verbringt seine restlichen Jahre mit uns. Er muss natürlich nicht in euer Zimmer, aber er ist ansonsten in der Wohnung und schläft meist auf der Couch und liebt gute Kopfmassagen und Aufmerksamkeit. :)

Anmeldung ist möglich, natürlich mit Untermietvertrag. Ob ihr arbeitstätig seid, Student oder gerade auf Jobsuche ist mir persönlich egal, solange ihr die Miete regelmäßig leisten könnt.

Aufgrund von Corona können wir auch gerne ein Videogespräch über Discord, Skype oder ähnliches führen. Wenn ihr die Wohnung aber sehen möchtet, ist ein Treffen natürlich möglich.

Important (especially for people with allergies):

I do have a cat, his name is Struwwel (because he looks kinda rough around the edges and shaggy). He is really quite old, around 15 years, and will spend his remaining years with us. You obvisiouly don't have to let him in your room. He mostly slepts on couch and like a good head massage. :)

You can also register your address and will get a sublease agreement.

Because of Corona I am also okay with a good talk over Discord or Skype or whatever. But if you want to see the flat, you can of course come over.
