Dein Zimmer ist ca. 11 qm groß und muss noch von dir eingerichtet werden. Zu unserer Wohnung gehört außerdem noch eine Küche und ein geräumiges Badezimmer mit Badewanne. Alles inklusive (Internet, Strom, Gas, GEZ) betragen die Kosten für das Zimmer monatlich etwa 250 Euro. Für den Fall, dass der Mietendeckel von einem Gericht gekippt wird, solltest du 20€ pro Monat zurücklegen. Für Waschmaschine und ein paar Möbel, die wir beim Einziehen gekauft haben würde außerdem eine Abschlagszahlung von 100 Euro anfallen.
Your room is not furnished yet and has a size of 11 sqm. Apart from our rooms the flat has a kitchen and a spacious bathroom with a tub. All inclusive (internet, electricity, gas, GEZ) the rent will be about 250 euros per month. In case the Mietendeckel is overturned by a court, you should set aside 20€ per month. Additionally you'd have to pay a fee of 100 euros for a washing mashine and some furniture we bought when we moved in.
Der Bahnhof U Friedrichsfelde ist nur 200m entfernt und mit der U5 kann man fast jeden Bezirk schnell erreichen. Zum S-Bahnhof Lichtenberg benötigt man ca. 10 Minuten. Neben einem großen Sportplatz gibt es in unmittelbarer Nähe außerdem noch zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
The station U Friedrichsfelde is only 200m away and with the U5 you can reach almost every district quickly. You need about 10 minutes to the S-Bahn station Lichtenberg. In addition to a large sports field, there are also numerous grocery stores in the immediate vicinity.
Thibaud (24) studiert zurzeit Mathematik und interessiert sich für Musik, Sport und Sprachen. Mit ihm hat man immer viel zu lachen und es wird nie langweilig. Thomas (21) studiert ebenfalls Mathe, macht viel Sport aber mag es auch mal gemütlich und er hat immer ein offenes Ohr. Mathe-Nachhilfe ist bei Bedarf also inklusive für dich. Bei uns bist du richtig, wenn du keine reine Zweck-WG suchst, denn wir kochen gerne zusammen oder toben uns gemeinsam auf dem naheliegenden Sportplatz aus und freuen uns, wenn du dabei bist. Natürlich bleiben dabei jedem seine Freiräume. Da wir beide Instrumente spielen (Gitarre und Klavier), solltest du kein Problem damit haben, dass ab und zu Musik durch die Räume hallt.
Thibaud (24) is currently studying mathematics and interested in music, sports and languages. With him you always have a good laugh and it never gets boring. Thomas (21) is also studying mathematics, does a lot of sports but also likes to relax and always has an open ear. You are a good fit if you are not just looking for a crash pad, because we like to cook together or clear our minds on the nearby sports field and we'd be happy if you join us. Of course, everyone has his own free space. Since we both play instruments (guitar and piano), you shouldn't have a problem with music echoing through the rooms from time to time.
Spezielle Anforderungen an dich haben wir nicht, Hauptsache du bist zuverlässig und die Chemie zwischen uns allen passt. Außerdem suchen wir jemanden, der vorhat nicht nur kurzfristig bei uns einzuziehen. Ansonsten sind wir offen für jeden. Wir freuen uns darauf dich kennenzulernen!
We don't have any special requirements except from you being reliable. Of course the chemistry between us all has to be right. We are also looking for someone who plans to move in with us not just short term. Apart from that we are open for everyone. We are looking forward to meet you!
