I'm renting my room for a month from the 25th of August until the 30th of September.
The room is in Warschauerstr. close to many shops and nice bars, restaurants, clubs.
The room supposedly have a balcony but it's in construction right now, so you will have a scaffolding at the window, not ideal but at least it creates a little rooftop place to chill hehe.
Just write a few words about you, what you are doing in Berlin and I will organize a meeting during the week since the deadline is kinda soon (Antwort auf Deutsch auch möglich).
Queer, BIPOC and other minorities are very welcome!

The area is very close to many stations.
5 min walk to U_Bahn/S-Bahn Warschauerstr.
5 min walk to U-Bahn Frankfurter Tor
The flat is in front the tram station Warschauerstr. so many means of transportation are easily accessible.
It's a 2 people WG so you will live with one wonderful flatmate called Philip.
We have a small kitchen and a bathroom with a washing machine and a bathtub.
We don't have much rules in the flat regarding the cleanliness or other stuff, it's very easy going but we still keep the flat tidy and clean. For food, we share everything in the kitchen but you don't have to of course.
The rent is 600€ a caution of 300€.
That's the price I'm renting the room. I'm not subletting it for more money than I pay it.
