Liebe Menschen,
ich habe im Januar und Februar ein freies Zimmer in meiner 2-Zimmer-Wohnung in Berlin als Zwischenmiete zu vergeben.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Reichenberger Strasse in Kreuzberg, ist mit 80 qm sehr geräumig, Altbau mit Holzdielen, sie hat 2 etwa gleich große Zimmer (das freie Zimmer hat ca 22 qm), eine mittelgroße Küche, ein riesiges Bad und einen Balkon. Wahrscheinlich werden ein Hochbett und ein Sofa in deinem Zimmer verbleiben. Die Miete ist mit ca 600 Euro pro Person leider recht happig. Über das genaue Ein- und Auszugsdatum und über die genaue Miete könnten wir auch nochmal sprechen. Ich selbst bin 34 Jahre alt und arbeite als Biologin und Landschaftsplanerin. Aufgrund meines Lohnarbeitsalltags verlaufen meine Abende meistens eher ruhig. Das heißt aber nicht, dass ich nicht gesellig bin. Ich sitze, wenn es passt, gerne noch gemeinsam in der Küche beim Essen, auf ein Bier oder einen Tee. Ich gehe gern Schwimmen, Fahrradfahren und Klettern, verbringe gern Zeit draußen und mit meinen Friends oder meiner Familie, ich mag Kino-Besuche und Konzerte. Auch wenn wir nicht sehr lange gemeinsam wohnen werden, ist mir eine wertschätzende und offene Kommunikation im WG-Kontext wichtig. Ich verstehe mich als politisch interessierte (und mal mehr, aktuell leider weniger aktive) Person und gebe mir Mühe, mich in Sensibilität gegenüber Diskriminierungsformen wie Rassismus, Sexismus oder Klassismus zu üben. Ich spreche deutsch und englisch.

I have a room in my apartment in Berlin available as a sublet in January and February.
The apartment is located on Reichenberger Strasse in Kreuzberg, is very spacious at 80 square meters, old building with wooden floorboards, it has 2 rooms of approximately the same size (the available room has approx. 20 square meters), a medium-sized kitchen, a huge bathroom and a balcony. There will probably be a loft bed and a sofa left in your room for you to use. Unfortunately the rent is quite expensive (630 euros per person). I am 34 years old and work as a biologist and landscape planner. My evenings tend to be quiet, which doesn't mean I'm not social. If it fits, I like to sit together in the kitchen have a chat or share dinner, a beer or tea. I like swimming, cycling and climbing, I like spending time outside and with my friends and family, I like going to the cinema and concerts. Regular exchange, good communication and mutual consideration at home are important to me. I am a politically interested person and try to be sensitive to different forms of discrimination such as racism, sexism or classism. I speak German and English. I speak German and English.
