Das Zimmer ist komplett möbliert. Es gibt ein Bett, eine Couch, einen Schreibtisch und genug Möglichkeiten um Kleidung unterzubringen. Die Fenster sind zum Innenhof gerichtet, sodass es den ganzen Tag sehr ruhig ist. Leider kommt dadurch nicht so viel Licht ins Zimmer.
The room is fully furnished. There is a bed, a couch, a desk and enough space to store clothes. The windows face the inner courtyard, so it is very quiet throughout the day. Unfortunately, this means that not much light enters the room.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt südwestlich vom Volkspark Friedrichshain. Es gibt Supermärkte, ein paar Cafés und mehrere Möglichkeiten mit der Tram fast direkt vor der Tür in andere Stadtteile zu fahren. Zudem ist es nicht weit zum Boxhagener Platz, von wo aus es viele Cafés, Bars, Restaurants und Clubs finden kann.
The apartment is located directly southwest of Volkspark Friedrichshain. There are supermarkets, a few cafés and several opportunities to take the streetcar to other parts of the city almost right outside the door. It is also not far from Boxhagener Platz, from where you can find many cafés, bars, restaurants and clubs.
In der Wohnung leben Liam und ich (Jan). Wir sind gute Freunde und beide berufstätig. Dementsprechend ist es bei uns unter der Woche ruhig. Partys und Ausgehen gerne, aber nur am Wochenende bitte. Gelegentlich kochen wir zusammen, aber nicht jeden Tag.
Liam and I (Jan) live in the apartment. We are good friends and both work full time. That's why it's quiet for us during the week. We like to party and go out, but only at the weekend please. We occasionally cook together, but not every day.
Es gibt in dem Zimmer einen großen Schreibtisch und Internet zum Arbeiten. Den Fernseher kann benutzt werden, man benötigt dazu lediglich einen eigenen Laptop mit HDMI – Anschluss. Für das Zimmer nehme ich eine Kaution von 500 Euro (bekommt ihr direkt nach meiner Ankunft wieder) und ein Foto/ eine Kopie des Passes.
There is a large desk in the room and internet for working. You can use the TV, you just need your own laptop with an HDMI connection. I take a deposit of 500 euros for the room (you will get it back directly after my arrival) and a photo/copy of your passport.
