Hej, my name is Teresa and I'm renting out my cozy room in January.
The room (16 m2) is located on the 4th floor in a spacious flat of 150 m2 and has a 1,40 m bed, a sofa, a desk for your home office adventures, plenty of space to hang your clothes and lots of plants. The window goes to the backyard. We have a balcony and an open kitchen/living room. There's two bathrooms, one of them with a bathtub.
The flat is located in Friedrichshain, U&S Warschauer Straße is only 10 minutes walking distance away, so you're very well connected. There's an Aldi, Getränke Hoffman, REWE, Veganz and of course different Spätis in the neighbourhood. Plus: You can almost spot the Berghain queue from your window ;)
Who would be your room mates?
Nico quit his job last year and is now doing all the things and projects which he couldn't do with a job. He loves to do outdoor sports, Muay Thai, does make the most awesome pizza dough and is interested in programming and solving technical challenges. As he'll be in France over the holidays coming back in the second half of January, he'll be gone for mos
Manuel started to study social work in second change education and works in a wine shop. In his free time he loves to drive his motorbike and do sports from time to time. Also he loves to listen to loud music.
Angie came from California to Berlin in September and is doing a Post-Doc in vision science. She's also pretty sporty and does all kinds of things (running, yoga, climbing, ballet, etc.). Also she loves sleeping and going to bed early.
We would like the good atmosphere, mutual resprect and friendship in our flat and love to have people over when the situation allows. Taking COVID serious (in terms of not denying its existence and sticking to the basic rules) is a must.
We speak mostly German, but are all fluent in English. French and/or Spanish are also possible!
