Das Zimmer ist vollmöbliert: Großes Bett von 1.60x2 m, Schrank, Regal und Schreibtisch.
Es ist ca. 14 qm groß und ruhig gelegen mit Aussicht auf einen Innenhof. Es liegt etwas separat in der Wohnung, aber wir würden die Küche und das kleine, ohne Fenster (aber mit Badewanne) Badezimmer teilen.
Das schönste an der Wohnung ist, dass es Innen eine ruhige Oase ist, während draußen das Leben pulsiert.

The room comes fully furnished: Broad bed of 1,60x2 m, wardrobe, shelves and desk.
It is 14 qm and it is quietly located with a view at the inner courtyard, whereas outside life is wild. The room is a bit separate from the core of the house. We would share then only the kitchen and the little (without window, but with a bathtub equipped) bathroom.
Die Lage ist super!
Es liegt ganz in der Nähe von Boxi am Anfang der Simon-Dach Str im bewegten kultigen Friedrichshain.
Die Verkehrsanbindungen sind gut.

We are near Boxhagener Platz in the start of the famous street "Simon-Dach Str" in wild Friedrichshain :D
There are a lot of Ubahn and Bus Connections.
Ich bin Franka. Seitdem meine Tochter ausgezogen ist, habe ich ein Zimmer frei und möchte dieses vor allem aus finanziellen Gründen vermieten.
Aber natürlich finde ich es sehr wichtig, dass wir uns gut verstehen. Ich hätte gern jemand der studiert, arbeitet oder/und eine Praktikum in Berlin macht. Für mich sind Respekt, gegenseitige Toleranz, Vertrauen und eine Portion Humor am wichtigsten.
Da ich selbst viele Jahre meines langen Lebens im Ausland verbracht habe, wäre ich sehr offen für eine Person aus einem anderen Land, aber ist natürlich kein muss :)
Ich habe "befristet" gewählt, weil für mich eine Probezeit des Zusammenlebens eine Vorbedingung wäre. Die Mietzeit ist jedoch verlängerbar. Ferner, außer mir übernachtet meine Tochter des Öfteren hier in der Wohnung (einmal ca alle 1-2 Monate)

I am Franka. Since my daughter moved out, I have a free room and I would like to sublet it mostly for financial reasons.
However it is really important for me that we get along with each other. I would like someone who studies and/or works or has any other significant project here in Berlin. Respect, mutual tolerance, trust and humor are the most important for me.
Because I lived myself abroad in different countries for most time of my long life, I would be really open for an international, however this is not a must :)
I chose the option "temporary", because I would like to have a trial period to see if it works out between us. The renting time is extendable. Another important point, is that my daughter sometimes comes to stay over (once every 1-2 Months)
