My room is going to be free from March as I am traveling abroad for 6 months, therefore, we are looking for a new roomie to take over the room for the 6 months + the possibility of extending after.
Details:
- 6 months rental with possible Anmeldung, and possibility for long term
- Price: €730/month, all costs included.
- 2 month deposit required (€1460)
- 11 sqm room with private round balcony, facing North East and on the Innenhof
- Room comes furnished (There's pretty much just a bed and a small wardrobe)

- Bright and spacious on the last floor of an AltBau (we have an elevator!)
- 118 sqm including a 45sqm living room and a lovely south-facing balcony
- Flat mates (2 guys from France and Egypt)

- 3min from Boxhagener Platz, 1 min from Simon-Dach-Str, in front of the Libauer Str Trams top and 10min from Frankfurter Tor and Warschauer Str stations
P.S. The 3 of us are friends and like to chill together, have friends over and host parties from time to time, that's why we are looking for someone open and outgoing to keep the same vibes
