Das Zimmer ist etwa 20qm groß, und schaut auf den Garten, der vor dem Gebäude liegt und mit anderen Mehrfamilienhäusern geteilt wird. Das Zimmer ist dadurch sehr ruhig, und man genießt gerade im Frühling einen wirklich sehr schönen Blick. In dem Zimmer ist ein Doppelbett, ein Schreibtisch und Stauraum für Klamotten.
Die Wohnung an sich ist 76qm Groß, mit einem Großen Wohn/Esszimmer mit angelegter Küche, sowie einen großen Balkon.
Wir fühlen uns sehr wohl hier :).

The room you would rent is about 20m2, has a beautiful view to a big garden with tons of trees and is very quiet. The room is furnished with a double bed, work desk, chair and dresser for clothing.
The whole apartment is 76m2 and has a big living room, kitchen and a nice big balcony. The total rent for the approx 7 weeks is 1400 euros (including everything).
We love it here :)
Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Jüdischen Museum, mitten in einem größeren Wohngebiet. Obwohl es in der direkten Umgebung relativ ruhig ist, ist man innerhalb wenigen Minuten mit dem Fahrrad oder zu Fuß auf der Oranienstraße oder der Bergmannstraße, wo es reichlich an Restaurants, Bars und Kiezleben gibt.

The location is pretty central, though not super busy - its perfect to get literally anywhere in Berlin, and you can get to the canal, Orianenstr or Bergmannkiez super quickly by bike or foot, where there are a bunch of nice restaurants bars etc.
Wir suchen eine:n Mitbewohner:in von Anfang April bis ende Mai für unsere Wohnung in Kreuzberg.
In der Wohnung wohnen Jasper (30) und Caitie (31). Wir sind beide berufstätig.
Da wir beide für die meiste April und Mai weg sind, wärst du die meiste Zeit alleine in der Wohnung.
- Caitie ist vom 7 April bis zum 21 Mai nicht da
- Jasper ist vom 11-30 April, und 4-21 Mai nicht da
Wir suchen also jemanden um während dieser Zeit gut auf unsere Wohnung aufzupassen, und respektvoll mit unserem zuhause umgeht.

We are searching for a subletter from the beginning of April till the end of May. You would essentially have the entire apartment to yourself, as we will be away for most of this time.
We are Jasper and Caitie, and we are both working (Caitie from home) When we are home, we like to hang out and do things together, cook, have drinks etc.
Caitie will be away April 7 to 21st
Jasper will be away 11 to 30 of April and then 4 to 21 of May.
We love our apartment and the area and are hoping to find someone respectful who will enjoy our space but look after it as well while we are away.
