it can be half furnished (but a table and a couch is missing).
long-term is an option if we get along well after the first month.
the room can be without furnitures too.
it´s a 5 minutes walk to the Spree and beautiful Rummelsbay.
very good connection with BVG (bus, S Bahn, S41/42).
the street is very calm and the room is to the inner courtyard with a view to the trees.
cosy kitchen to hang out, small bathroom with a fast heating and a bathtub.
the balcony is from my room, so can be used from time to time, but not when I´m working or in the mornings ;)

Stations Ostkreuz and Treptower Park are 10 minutes walk away.
it´s a 2-shared-flat. easy going, working during the week (mostly from home) and happy to have a chat or a drink together from time to time.
