Wir vermieten unser 40 m2 großes Doppelzimmer (18 m2 + 22 m2), voll möbliert mit Balkon für vier Monate unter.
In den beiden Zimmern leben und arbeiten wir sonst als Paar. Für eine längere Reise möchten wir die beiden Zimmer gerne untervermieten. Die Zimmer sind in Wohn-, Arbeits- und Schlafbereich aufgeteilt und entsprechend möbliert.
Zwei Schreibtische mit Stühlen, ein Doppelbett, viele leere Schränke ein Sofa und viele Pflanzen bieten genug Möglichkeiten sich auszubreiten und sich für die Zeit gemütlich niederzulassen. Die Lage ist ruhig und es lässt sich dank stabilem WLAN auch gut von zu Hause aus arbeiten. Die beiden Räume können über eine große Tür abgetrennt werden sodass jede*r auch mal für sich sein kann. Zudem gelangt ihr von dem Wohnzimmer auch auf den Balkon.
Pflanzenliebhaber*innen kommen bei uns besonders auf ihre Kosten, da beide Räume von vielen Pflanzen bewohnt werden. Wenn das zu viel ist, finden wir dafür sicherlich auch eine Lösung. Ein langer Flur, eine geräumige Küche und ein großes Badezimmer runden den Wohnbereich ab.
Das Doppelzimmer ist ideal für ein Paar oder enge Freund*innen. Beide Zimmer lassen sich vom Flur aus begehen, sodass je nach Wunsch die Zimmer auch getrennt genutzt werden können.
We sublet our 40 m2 double room, fully furnished with a balcony for four months.
We live and work in the two rooms as a couple. We would like to sublet the two rooms for a longer trip. The rooms are divided into living + working and sleeping areas and are furnished accordingly.
Two desks with chairs, a double bed, many empty cupboards, a sofa and many plants offer enough possibilities to spread out and settle down comfortably for the time. The location is quiet and it is also easy to work from home thanks to stable Wi-Fi. The two rooms can be separated by a large door so that everyone can have their own space. You can also access the balcony from the living room.
Plant lovers will get their money's worth here, as both rooms are inhabited by many plants. If that's too much, we'll certainly find a solution. A long hallway, a spacious kitchen and a large bathroom round off the living area.
The double room is ideally for a couple or close friends. Both rooms can be accessed from the hallway, so that the rooms can also be used separately, depending on your wishes.
Die Wohnung liegt zentral und ist nur wenige Gehminuten von der Station S+U Frankfurter Allee entfernt.Ihr seid somit direkt an den Ring angebunden. Trotz der zentralen Lage, befindet sich die Wohnung in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Vor der Haustür könnt ihr kostenfrei parken. Diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Spätis und das Ring-Center sind direkt um die Ecke.
Zudem lädt der Friedrichshainer Kiez mit vielzähligen Cafés, Restaurants, Bars und kulturellen Angeboten zur Freizeitgestaltung ein. Das Theater an der Parkaue sowie der Stadtpark Lichtenberg befinden sich in unmittelbarer Umgebung und laden zum Verweilen ein. Außerdem haben wir sehr nette Nachbar*innen im Haus.
The flat is centrally located and only a few minutes' walk from the S+U Frankfurter Allee station, so you are directly connected to the ring road. Despite the central location, the flat is in a quiet side street. Free parking is available outside the front door. Various shopping facilities, Spätis and the Ring-Center are just around the corner.
In addition, the Friedrichshain neighborhood invites you to spend your free time with numerous cafés, restaurants, bars and cultural activities. The Theater an der Parkaue and the Stadtpark Lichtenberg are in the immediate vicinity and invite you to linger. We also have very nice neighbors in the house.
Frei von Beziehungsdruck genießen wir die Momente, in denen wir spontan zusammenkommen, am Wochenende gemeinsam auch mal länger Frühstücken oder zu selbstgemachte Pizza und Netflix auf der Küchencouch versammeln.
Uns allen ist Sauberkeit ziemlich wichtig. Der Putzplan läuft super.
Diana:(they/them, sie/ihr, keine Pronomen) "spontan, etwas zwischen kuschelig und lustig" (Jule), "süß, albern, nachdenklich, schläft immer, wenn wir versuchen, einen Film zusammen zu schauen, aber wir lieben dich :) "(Achraf), freiberufliche Tanz- und Bewegungspädagogin, arbeitet mit Kindern/Jugendlichen. Verbringe Zeit damit, ihr Leben als Freiberuflerin zu organisieren, jobbt in einem Café, liebt Tanzkurse und Jams, wird ab und zu vom Sisyphos verschlungen.
Wir würden gern 1x im Monat gemeinsam was unternehmen. Essen gehen, kochen, Clubausflug...

Freiberuflicher Künstler (Tänzer und DJ) liebt tiefgründige Küchengespräche und auch Süßes zu teilen. Ich sage immer ja zu "Manner"- Waffeln <3
Free of relationship pressure, we enjoy the moments when we spontaneously get together, have breakfast together at the weekend, or gather on the kitchen couch for self made pizza and Netflix. I’t matters to all of us that everybody feels comfy and feels free to communicate about it.
We care about cleanliness. Cleaning schedule is working pretty well!
We would love to have a monthly gathering together to watch movies, eat together, go to clubs…
