Hi this is Joyce Yuan and I'm looking to Swap my master bedroom with ensuited bathroom in Beijing, China for a dog–friendly long-term WG/minimum 3 months short-term WG with nice room n big living room in Berlin. Im currently in Berlin, living near Boxi, Friedrichshain but have to moved soon (July 1st, 2023) and it's definitely hard to find a WG apartment that are dog-friendly and has a goodsize living room.
I'm offering my beautiful master room in the central of Beijing. The room is fully furnished n has everything you need. It's facing south so you will get a lot of sun. My room is super cozy and has its own balcony. It's move in ready and you can literally come without bringing anything, it's great for a midterm business trip or overseas study. You will have your private bathroom with bathtub.
I have three roommates, who are super friendly n nice. English is what we speak in the apartment as my roommates all have international study/work background but they also open to teach you mandarin. I enjoy living with them a lot! We have been roommates for the past 2-4 years and the vibe around the house is great. The apartment is huge 156sq and pet-friendly, currently my roommate has a cat living there. The room is available from June 4th, 2023.
