We speak German but write in English here as we are open for non-german speaking guests.
The room is relatively small but it comes with a loft bed to give more space. The room is unfurnished but there will be a single mattress for the loft bed and we can provide bedding if needed. We also have a big kitchen/living room for hanging out and cooking.
The price of the room is 560€ from the time of the move-in until the end of July. We also ask for a deposit of 250€. Extending for a few extra days is also possible.
The flat is located right next to the Boxhagener neighborhood in Friedrichshain with lots of cafes, bars, clubs and cheap street food. The next train station Ostkreuz is 8 mins away, which takes you everywhere quickly.
At the moment we are Euan, Lea, and Isabel. We enjoy listening to music, going to gigs and to the cinema.
