Ich bin auf der Suche nach einer freundlichen und zuverlässigen Untermieter*in für mein Zimmer auf Stralau! Wir sind eine 3er-WG, langjährig WG-erfahren und legen Wert auf ein freundliches und offenes Miteinander. Das Zimmer wird vollständig möbliert vermietet.
Das Zimmer hat Parkettboden und einen direkten Zugang zu einem großen Balkon, von dem man in der Ferne sogar die Spree sehen kann. Es gibt einrichtungstechnisch alles, was man benötigt. Ein Edeka ist 5 min entfernt, die Buslinie M43 fährt vor der Tür und ca. 10 min entfernt liegen die S-Bahn-Stationen Ostkreuz und Treptower Park. Man ist also schnell mitten im Geschehen, lebt aber ruhig.
Während der Mietzeit werden die anderen beiden Zimmer ebenfalls untervermietet (zu unterschiedlichen Zeiträumen, die "bekannten" Gesichter werden den ersten, bzw. die ersten zwei Monate noch hier wohnen). Daher wäre es toll, wenn du selbstständig bist und damit leben kannst, dass es mitbewohnitechnisch etwas bewegter zugeht. Wir bemühen uns natürlich, nur tolle Menschen in die WG zu holen!

I am looking for a friendly and reliable subtenant for my room in Stralau! We are a 3-person flat-sharing group with many years of experience and value a friendly and open relationship. The room is rented fully furnished.
The room has parquet flooring and direct access to a large balcony, from which you can even see the Spree in the distance. In terms of furnishings, there is everything you need. An Edeka is 5 min away, the bus line M43 runs in front of the door and about 10 min away are the S-Bahn stations Ostkreuz and Treptower Park. So you are quickly in the middle of the action, but live quietly.
During the rental period, the other two rooms will also be sublet (at different periods, the "familiar" faces will still live here for the first, respectively the first two months). Therefore, it would be great if you are independent and can live with the fact that it is a bit more agitated roommate-wise. Of course we try to get only nice people into the WG!
