The room is available long term from 14/08/2023. The size is 25 m2 including a 3m2 balcony.
The room is furnished and the furniture is in good condition
The couch and the the desk are not included in the furniture but i would sell them for 60€ each which is 120€ in total (it is independant from the application to the room) ;)
The flat is located in the pretty and quiet kaskelkiez.
Many families and young people live nearby.
In the building is also a court yard where you can store your bike.
Bakeries, mini-bio markets, pub and ethnic restaurants are located in close proximity, and 10 minutes by walking is a big shopping centre (Victoria Center). The Spree river (Rummelsburger Bucht) and Boxhagner platz are also footreach.
The connections are very good : the s-bahn station Nöldnerplatz is only 4 minutes walking and the Oskreuz station is 10 minutes walking.
If you are searching for a friendly and cosy flat, this might be the place for you. We are a group of international (Brazil, Italy, France, Russia and Germany) professional and students, sharing household expenses, as well as common dinners.
We follow a plan for community tasks including cleaning as well as grocery shopping.
As described above, we are looking for international (non-german) applicants!
The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped including a dishwasher. There are two bathrooms including one washing machine.
In the monthly rent, everything is included (internet, use of all ustensils, washing machine, heating, wifi).
Registration (“Anmeldung”) is possible.
There will be two castings on Thursday 27 th of July :
Online at 7pm and in person at 8pm.
If you are interested in the room, send us a short message where you describe yourself (age, interest and hobbies, what is your business in Berlin…) and which type of casting type (online/ in person) would suit you.
