The room is a fully furnished and overlooks the backyard so it is not noisy, it also stays quite cool on sunny days.
The apartment is cozy but has everything need (dishwasher, oven, washing machine). It's on the 4th floor without an elevator but you also have easy access to the roof one floor above to enjoy some sun and fresh air.
If you are interested in the place please leave me a message here telling me a bit about yourself and also mentioning the name of my roommates's fur baby as per my description to show you went through the whole description.
The location is perfect being on Warschauer Strasse but not having high noise levels.
It's only a few minutes to Boxi with many restaurants and cafes around. For supermarkets, there is an Aldi 600 m away and a Denns Bio right across the street. The East Side Mall is also super close in case you have bigger shopping needs.
It's a short walk to the U1,U3,U5 and Sbahn station.
You will share the flat with Jule and her small fur baby Bruni (dog)
We have a pleasant WG life where we chat when we cross paths. We also appreciate a certain level of cleanliness and quietness which we would like to keep with the next person who takes over the room.
Jule will be able to meet you on the 17th and 18th from 5-8 pm to get to know you a little bit, so please indicate in your message the time that suits you best
