Zimmer im Fhain, auf Zeit, zentral, super nett, mit Katzen

Liebe Menschen,
ich suche eine Mitbewohnerin/ einen Mitbewohner in der Zeit vom 01.September 2023 bis zum 30. November 2023. Dein Zimmer hat 12qm, ist möbliert, hell und ruhig und kostet 580,-€/ Monat.

Außerdem teilen wir beide uns den Rest der Wohnung, wovon Du das große Wohnzimmer bitte gerne benutzen kannst. Rauchen ist im Wohnzimmer und auf dem Balkon erlaubt. Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert, es ist alles da, was mensch so braucht. Im Preis ist alles inbegriffen, nur Lebensmittel müsstest Du Dir selbst besorgen =).

Die Wohnung liegt sehr verkehrsgünstig beim S- und U-Bahnhof Frankfurter Allee und es sind alle möglichen Geschäfte in den großen Ring-Center. Weiter im Friedrichshain gibt es unzählige Bars, Restaurants und Clubs.

Zu mir: ich arbeite Vollzeit und bin unter der Woche daher meistens auf der Arbeit, dann in der Bib und am Wochenende unterwegs. Ich werde für circa vier Wochen im Oktober/November verreisen und Du solltest dann bitte bereit sein, meine beiden Katzen zu versorgen, dafür hättest Du die Wohnung auch für Dich allein =).

Ich bin sehr ruhig, lese und schreibe viel, bilde mir ein, witzig, höflich und aufgeschlossen zu sein. Meine beiden Katzen sind die hübschesten, süßesten und liebsten, mindestens des ganzen Landes.

Im Zusammenleben lege ich großen Wert auf Respekt, Sauberkeit, Ehrlichkeit und Rücksicht. Ich wünsche mir daher jemanden, der/die unbedingt katzenlieb ist, weiß, wie ein Staubsauger funktioniert, ebenfalls arbeitet/studiert etc und eine respektvolle und offene Einstellung zu den Mitmenschen und der Welt hat.

Der Zeitraum ist ein wenig flexibel (ihr könntet später einziehen, eine Verlängerung ist ggf.möglich). Mit einer Adressanmeldung kann ich für diesen kurzen Zeitraum leider nicht dienen. Ich spreche auch englisch, russisch und (ziemlich bescheiden) französisch.

Dear people,
I am looking for a roommate from September 1st, 2023 to November 30th, 2023. Your room has 12sqm, is furnished, bright and quiet and costs 580,-€/ month.

In addition, we both share the rest of the apartment, of which you are very welcome to use the large living room. Smoking is allowed in the living room and on the balcony. The apartment is fully furnished, there is everything you need. Everything is included in the price, only food you would have to get yourself =).

The apartment is very conveniently located near the S- and U-Bahnhof Frankfurter Allee and there are all kinds of stores in the large Ring-Centers 1 & 2. Nearby, in Friedrichshain, there are countless bars, restaurants and clubs.

About me: I work full time and am therefore mostly at work during the week, or the library and on the road on weekends. I will be traveling for about four weeks in October/November and you should be willing to take care of my two cats then, in return you would have the apartment to yourself =). I am very quiet, and am reading and writing a lot. I like to think of myself as being funny, polite and open-minded. My two cats are the most beautiful, sweetest and dearest -at least- in the whole country.

I give a lot of importance to respect, cleanliness, honesty and mutual consideration. Therefore I would like someone who is absolutely fond of cats, knows how a vacuum cleaner works, also works/studies etc, and has respectful and open attitude to the world.

The time period is a bit flexible (you could move in later, an extension of the renting period ist possible, but not sure yet). Unfortunately, I can't serve with address registration for this short period of time. I also speak English, Russian and (quite modestly) French.
