Ich vermiete ein kleines aber schönes Zimmer in meiner Wohnung unter.
Das Zimmer wird voll möbliert vermietet. Die Wohnung hat ein großes Wohnzimmer, das natürlich mit genutzt werden kann. Außerdem eine kleine, aber moderne Küche mit Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine. Es gibt außerdem einen gemütlichen Balkon zum Garten raus. Der Garten selbst ist ein Gemeinschaftsgarten und kann auch mit genutzt werden.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Hinterhaus und ist somit schön ruhig.
Renting out a small fully furnished room in my apartment.
The apartment has a spacious living room which of course also can be used. Small but modern kitchen with all necessary appliances (dishwasher, washing machine). Cosy balcony facing the rear garden. Communal garden also can be used.
The apartment is located in the back of the house, so it is quiet.
Zentrale Lage in Friedrichshain, Nähe Frankfurter Tor.
Viele Restaurants, Bars, etc., da im Nordkiez gelegen dennoch ruhig und abseits der Tourimassen.

Ich bin 38 und arbeite in der Softwareentwicklung. Ich verbringe relativ Zeit im Home Office. Daher suche ich eher eine(n) ruhige MitbewohnerIn. Verlässlichkeit und Sauberkeit sind mir außerdem wichtig, damit sich hier jeder wohlfühlen kann (ob wir das Putzen teilen, oder uns evtl. die Kosten für eine Putzkraft teilen können wir ja noch besprechen).

I am 38, working in software development. I spent a lot of time in home office, therefore looking for a rather quiet flat mate (not meaning that you have to quiet all the time of course :). I value reliability and cleanliness so that everyone can feel comfortable and at home (we can discuss if we do the cleaning ourselves or maybe share the costs of having it cleaned regularly). Happy to read a few lines about you and then we can find out if it's a fit in a first meeting.

- Die Untermiete wäre erstmal zeitlich befristet bis Ende des Jahres, kann aber geg. verlängert werden und ist vom Zeitraum flexibel
- Die Möblierung auf den Fotos entspricht nicht der tatsächlichen Möblierung!! Bei Einzug wird das Zimmer neu möbliert sein mit allem was man braucht (Bett, Schrank, Schreibtisch, Regal, etc.). Auch das Wohnzimmer wird noch etwas umgestaltet werden und gemütlich eingerichtet.

- rental period is limited until the end of the year, but with option to extend and also flexible concerning exact dates
- furniture on the pictures are not the furniture which will be provided!! The room will be equipped with everything that is needed (bed, desk, wardrobe, shelf, etc.). Also the living room will be rearranged a bit and made cozy :)
