This is a newly renovated room of 19sqm overlooking a big tree in a nice calm backyard.
This room is available from 22nd Dec and can be extended by weekly basis until 15th January 2024.

There is another room, which is rented by Nazar from Ukraine.
It is fully new and furnished:
A Loft-Bed with a new mattress of 1,4m that suits up to two people.
Also a wardrobe below the loft bed, design office chair, electrical adjustable working desk, lamp, really everything is there! A new cosy sofa with another sleeping place for guests is in place.
The high ceiling of 3m with an original brick wall and afternoon sun ensures a nice warm atmosphere.
The new windows are triple-glazed. This is temperature insulating and you don't hear any noise from outside.
This flat with a total of 66 sqm and 2 rooms (high ceilings 3m) is located right in the middle of the hip area of Friedrichshain.
There are plenty of Bars and Restaurants very close by.
The nearest public transport station is S-Bahn Warschauer Str. (7min) or Ostkreuz (9min).
A supermarket (ReWe, Denn's, DM) can be reached within 3min only and a Späti is only 1 minute away.
Every Saturday you will have a great food market at the Boxhagener Platz, perfect to start the weekend :o)
It is a WG where in total two people are sharing a gorgeous two-room apartment with a big open kitchen area.
The kitchen is completely new and equipped with an induction cooker, washing machine / washer-dryer, 200L fridge and all the plates, cups and cutlery needed.
Nazar, who just moved in, describes himself:
