My room is facing the back garden, leaving the noisy from such a central location behind. While laying at my double bed you can contemplate the sky + the top of a green tree.
There is a chilling carpeted area with Yoga equipment, a humidifier, desk, plus you can have place in the wardrobe in case needed.
Location: Besarinplatz. Tram M10 80 meters away. Fankfurter Tor. U5: 6 minutes walk. S Bahn Storkower Strasse 1km

My favorite Samariter Unverpackt Saturday's Weekly regional market at Boxhagener Platz, Bioladen, Penny, Kaufland, dm, all you can imagine is quite close.
Volkspark Fschain & Prenzlauer Berg nearby

plenty of Bars, stores, and Restaurants.
Spacious very well equipped kitchen with a Sofa, dishwasher, toaster, juice maker, veggies cutting machine and more.
The bathroom is spacious as well: two sinks, bathtub, shower with water filter, laundry machine.
We pay attention to our nutrition, clean after each other and after joint agreement. We enjoy the time together and there is room for privacy. Sharing with Clara (24 she/her Deutsch, English and french)
About her: passionate and funny human being very open to people, easygoing and reliable.
Our home is a shelter and a palace. We inhabit a very spacious flat and create a cozy atmosphere.
At home we implement planet-friendly practices: we separate waste, reject Plastik when possible, consume regional & seasonal, and support regional economies, among others.
At home, it's rather a NON-Meat place, but we are open to exceptions from now and then, with the condition of keeping ventilation and extremely clean of fats, oils, strong smells, etc.
The NON-GOs: discrimination of any type: gender? patriarch, racist, religion or Nazis o sea wtf bro grow up.
The balcony is our work in a project (loading....60%): we are building a sofa and a bed to chill and watch the stars (out of pallets, cuz' Berliners 🤣)
We are a 420 home and smoking is only allowed in the Balcony.
I would love my home to be a shelter of a careful soul.
Rent for 11 nights is 240euros. I ask for 100euros deposit which will be given back by 26.09 if the room+common spaces have been cared of, nothing broken, etc. If you like the place, I'm happy to have you over so you see it personally and potentially get to know Clara, with whom you will be living for 11 nights.
I would like to receive 50% as a confirmation when both parties agree on the sublet and the other 50% by check in on 14.09.
