Hi, I'm Konrad & am thinking of subrenting my room as I’m going on travels for the whole October.
For the month you’d be living with my three friends that I met trough University and that I'm starting (mostly startup) careers with in Berlin - they’re super cool, chill & open to meet new people.
Our flat is located very central in Friedrichshain (15 minutes by tram to eitger Kreuzberg or Mitte) and has nice restaurants and plenty of supermarkets in <5min walking distance - a Tram station for the M10 is right in front of the door.
We have a large living room (with a beamer & sound system) & kitchen that holds everything you need for cooking + 1,5 bathrooms.
Ideally you’re in Berlin for an internship or to start your career as well, looking for a cool place to stay for a (first) month.
The rent is 800€ all-in + 800€ of security deposit that you’ll get back.
