Extremely simplistic tiny room next to my home office room and the balcony, separated by a makeshift plywood wall. The room features only a bed and a small desk as well as some storage space under the bed. This is probably not an option for you if you have high standards but if you are having trouble finding a room and your budget is very low this can be an option for you. You should have a job that allows you to be at the apartment every day at 12 noon because I also need a dogsitter at that time as it is quite difficult for me to get home at noon from work as it is too far away. For this you will get 10€/hour, meaning that your rent is reduced to at best 0€ if you can dogsit every day. While this is not mandatory, anyone who can also help me with dogsitting will be preferred.
The public transport is close, Frankfurter Allee station is 4 minutes away. You will stay at the edge of Friedrichshain and Lichtenberg, with just a little bit of walking or public transport to get to some really nice bars, restaurants and clubs. Frankfurter Allee offers both subway, metro lines and two Tram lines.
This flatshare values mutual respect and understanding. Interactions are welcome, but personal space is equally important. Having friends over is always allowed and it is not mandatory to ask in advance. But especially if the visit means more noise or if it is a longer visit, it is better to communicate it. Late night noise should be limited to weekends unless it is a rare special occasion. Everyone contributes to household chores equally and we have a weekly cleaning schedule that should be followed.
Everyone is welcome independent of gender or race etc., but respecting others independent of their gender, race, way of life etc. is a minimum requirement.
I desperately need some help with dogsitting because of my new job. If you can't help with that you can still apply but I prefer anyone who can help me out there.
Another thing to note is that this room not more than a corner of a room separated by a wooden makeshift wall (plywood), so it has limited privacy, especially acoustically.
