Vermietet wird ein nicht-möbliertes 18m²-Zimmer mit hoher Decke und Dielenboden im Hinterhaus. Die Wohung hat noch ein weiteres Zimmer (9m²), welches ich nutze.
The non-furnished room for rent has 18 square meters, a high ceiling, a wooden floor and is located in the second row. There is another small room (9 square meters) which will be used by me.
Die Wohnung liegt im entspannten Samariterkiez: Supermarkt, Gastro und Parks direkt vor der Tür. Der Boxi ist eine Viertelstunde zu Fuß entfernt, die Ringbahn etwa 7 Minuten und die U-Bahn Samariterstraße knappe 10 Minuten (ab da 15 Min. zum Hbf).
The flat is in the cosy Samariterkiez: supermarket, cafés/bars and parks are directly next door.The Boxi is a fifteen minute walk away, the 'Ringbahn' just 7 minutes and the subway (U Samariterstraße) around 10 minutes - to central station adds a 15 minutes train ride.
Ich werde selber maximal 2 Nächte pro Woche nur zum Essen und Schlafen in der Wohnung sein, da ich zum Arbeiten nach Berlin komme. Die restliche Zeit (insbesondere die Wochenenden und wenn ich Urlaub habe) hast du die Wohnung für dich alleine.
Das 'WG-Leben' (wenn ich da bin) wäre zeitbedingt eher funktional - ich freue mich aber über spontane Begegnungen. Habe selbst ewig und sehr gerne in WGs gelebt.
Since I visit Berlin only for work I will be in the flat for a maximum of two nights per week just for eating and sleeping. The remaining time (especially on weekends and during holiday) the flat is yours.
The flat-live will be due to the mentioned reason more functional - but nevertheless I am very happy to meet spontaneously. I I have lived many years in shared flats which i appreciated a lot.
Internet, GEZ, Nebenkosten etc. sind alle enthalten. Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine, volle Küchenausstattung etc. sind vorhanden - du kannst also deine Möbel mitbringen und direkt loswohnen. Um den ganzen Verwaltungskram kümmere ich mich.
Internet, GEZ and other costs are all included. Fridge, washing machine and fully equipped kitchen are ready to use - you can bring your furniture and can start living straight away. I take take care of all the admin stuff.
