Hello people! I'm looking for someone to take over my room while I'm in Australia avoiding the Berlin winter. The room is super cute, with a good-sized balcony and loads of natural light. It's available from 25th October til 25th February, with a bit of flexibility if you need. Will be furnished with all of the furniture you can see in the photos.
Apartment has a modern kitchen with a dishwasher, two bathrooms with showers, and a washing machine. There's also some extra storage available in the basement.

Hallo Leute! Ich bin auf der Suche nach jemandem, der mein Zimmer übernimmt, während ich in Australien bin, um den Berliner Winter zu vermeiden. Das Zimmer ist super süß, mit einem großen Balkon und viel natürlichem Licht. Es ist vom 25. Oktober bis zum 25. Februar verfügbar, mit ein bisschen Flexibilität, wenn nötig. Wird mit allen Möbeln, die man auf den Fotos sehen kann, eingerichtet werden.
Die Wohnung hat eine moderne Küche mit Geschirrspüler, zwei Bäder mit Duschen und eine Waschmaschine. Es gibt auch einige zusätzliche Lagerung im Keller zur Verfügung.
The apartment is right opposite the lovely RAW-Gelände. A 10 minute walk gets you to Boxhagener Platz, a green space surrounded by cute streets, with tons of good cafes, food spots and bars. The apartment is super well-connected; Warschauer Straße U/S-Bahn is a 5 minute walk away, and the M10/M13 tram stops 1 minute from the front door.

Die Wohnung liegt direkt gegenüber dem schönen RAW-Gelände. Ein 10-minütiger Spaziergang bringt dich zum Boxhagener Platz, einer Grünfläche, umgeben von niedlichen Straßen, mit vielen guten Cafés, Restaurants und Bars. Die Wohnung ist super gut verbunden; Warschauer Straße U / S-Bahn ist 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, und die M10 / M13 Straßenbahn hält 1 Minute von der Haustür.
Right now the flat consists of me (26), Tom (24), Will (24) and Max (25), but both Max and I will be away over the winter, so you'll be living with Tom, Will and a mystery third person who we still need to find*. The vibe in the flat is very relaxed and good fun - we often hang out together, either at home cooking something up or watching a film on the projector, or out and about at a cafe/bar/park.

Im Moment besteht die Wohnung aus mir (26), Tom (24), Will (24) und Max (25), aber sowohl Max als auch ich werden über den Winter weg sein, also wirst du mit Tom, Will und einer geheimnisvollen dritten Person zusammenleben, die wir noch finden müssen*. Die Stimmung in der Wohnung ist sehr entspannt und lustig - wir hängen oft zusammen ab, entweder zu Hause, wo wir etwas kochen oder einen Film auf dem Beamer anschauen, oder in einem Café, einer Bar oder im Park.
