We are renting 1 of our 3 bedrooms in our WG for 3 month.
16qm2 bedroom with queen size bed (140cm). With office desk and some gym equipment.
Fully furnished. The flat has floor heating and is extremely good isolated which makes it very pleasant and warm in the winter months!
The flat has 2 bathrooms, big Wohnküche with living room, balcony and a big rooftop terrace.
The neighbourhood has a vibrant atmosphere and diverse community.
Many restaurant options around the house.
Supermarkets like Edeka, Lidl, Netto, Bio Company, DM are only 3 minutes by foot.
1 minute by foot away from Samariterstr U-Bahn station and 5 minutes from Frankfurter Allee Ringbahn.
7 minutes away from Boxi, in case you need more restaurant options or more movement.
We are a very chill WG.
We all work, like doing sports, cooking together, binge watch every now and then, etc...
You will be sharing the apartment with our friend/flatmate Hannah.
She's 33 yo, very social and nice to be around her :)
We have the option to work from home but try going in the office as much as possible, so would be nice if u also have the option to work out of the house.
