Lovely wee room, with plenty of storage options and immediate access to the balcony.
The bed is comfy as hell, the balcony comfortable to relax on during the day ass you get sun all morning / early afternoon. You would also be welcome to use the sound system at the desk, which is really great, the guitars if you want to have a wee play and anything else really so long as I get them back in the same shape. The desk also has a second computer screen which is ideal for home office working and the internet is pretty good.
All of this while living near Ostkreuz and just 5 mins walk from Treptower Park, with Wilde Renate round the corner to dance your socks off and a couple of great food options.
Awesome spot for some weeks in winter, will be asking for a large(ish) deposit only cause of the music equipment and stuff that lives in the room normally but its a perfect, kitted-out spot for a short-term stay.
In between Ostkreuz and Treptower, with a lovely Oase nearby and a short cycle to anywhere you want to be in Berlin. There's a few buses but its an ideal spot on the Ringbahn for further trips. Nearby are some food spots, a great bar and Wilde Renate / about blank and club OST for the party-minded folks. There are also a Lidl, Netto and Edeka within 5 minutes to keep the fridge and cupboards stocked.
Flatmates are both very chill, easygoing and great fun. Partying not discouraged, generally just a nice friendly sharing environment.
In terms of requirements, being LGBTQI+ friendly and conscious with other people's property is a must as there is some of my musical equipment that you'll be able to use for the duration of your stay. You can smoke either on the balcony or in the kitchen, we're pretty relaxed about that.
The kitchen is a bit of a social hangout area though we keep it pretty clean, and we have a blender / Thermomix, working oven and kettle etc. whilst the bathroom has both a shower and a bath as well as a washing machine for your clothes that you're welcome to use. Everything else I think is fairly self-explanatory and you can check out the photos for context.
