Wir suchen zwei freundliche Mitbewohner:innen für unsere WG im Samariterkiez, Friedrichshain.
Zwei große Zimmer in unserer gemütlichen Wohnung sind bald frei und wir suchen zwei nette Menschen, die sich uns anschließen und ein respektvolles und kreatives Umfeld schaffen.
Die beiden Zimmer sind sehr groß (ca. 25qm) und hell. Das größte Zimmer liegt zum Hinterhof hin und ist super ruhig. Das andere ist etwas kleiner, hat aber ein tolles Bogenfenster. Der Mietpreis beträgt 415€ für jedes Zimmer. Beide Zimmer sind unmöbliert.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem schönen Altbau im zweiten Stock. Es ist bereits alles vorhanden, aber es gibt eine Menge Potenzial und der Plan ist, die Gemeinschaftsräume zu entwickeln - wenn du DIY liebst lass es uns wissen!

Dear WG-Sucher:innen,
We are looking for two friendly roommates for our WG in Samariterkiez, Friedrichshain.
Two big rooms in our warm and comfortable apartment are soon to be free and we are looking for two beautiful individuals to join and create a respectful and creative environment.
The two rooms are really big (around 25sqm) and bright. The biggest one is facing the Hinterhof and is super quiet. The other one is a bit smaller but has an amazing bow window. The rent price is 415€ for each room. Both rooms will be empty.
The apartment is in a nice Altbau on the second floor. There is already everything but there is a lot of potential and the plan is to develop the communal spaces - if you love DIY, let us know!
Die Wohnung liegt in der Samariterstraße, im Herzen des wunderschönen Friedrichshains. Die U5 Station ist 3 Minuten entfernt und die Ringbahn ist 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. In der Gegend gibt es viele Restaurants, coole Bars und hübsche Straßen zu entdecken. Alle Einrichtungen sind ganz in der Nähe.

The apartment is on the Samariterstraße, in the heart of amazing Friedrichshain. U5 station is 3 minutes away and Ring Bahn is 10 minutes away, by walking. The area has plenty of restaurants, cool bars and cute streets to explore. All facilities are close by.
Unser schöne WG ist keine Zweck-WG! Wir suchen Menschen, die bereit sind, sich an der Entwicklung der WG zu beteiligen und eine kleine Gemeinschaft, einen sicheren Raum im chaotischen Berlin zu schaffen. Wenn du Spaß am gemeinschaftlichen Leben hast und kreativ bist, schick uns eine Nachricht mit ein paar Informationen über dich.

Our lovely WG is no Zweck-WG! We are looking persons who are willing to take part in the development of the WG and to create a little community, a safe space in chaotic Berlin. If you enjoy communal living and have a creative mind, send us a message with some information about you.
Die Mietdauer ist zu besprechen: wir würden gerne einen kurzfristigen Vertrag abschließen, bevor wir zu einem langfristigen Vertrag übergehen.
