Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert mit einem Bett, Sofa, Schreibtisch, Kommode und einem Kleiderschrank. Es gibt auch einen Fernseher und einen Computer-Monitor, die du beide nutzen kannst.
Die Wohnung hat zwei Zimmer, das von den Bildern und in dem anderen wohnt Marc (26).
Es gibt eine Küche und ein Bad. Die Küche ist ausgestattet mit Kühlschrank, Backofen, einer Waschmaschine und einem Trockner, die du während deines Aufenthalts auch benutzen kannst. Das Badezimmer hat ein Waschbecken, eine Toilette und eine Badewanne, in der man auch duschen kann.
Die Wohnung hat auch einen Abstellraum. Er ist schon ziemlich voll, aber für einige kleinere Dinge ist noch Platz.

My room is fully furnished with a bed, sofa, desk, sideboard and a closet. There is also a TV and a computer monitor, both of which you can use.
The apartment has two rooms, the one in the pictures and in the other one lives Marc (26).
There is also a kitchen and a bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, oven, washing machine and dryer, which you can use during your stay. The bathroom has a sink, toilet and bathtub where you can also take a shower.
The apartment also has a storage room. It is already quite full, but there is still room for some smaller items.
Nächste Straßenbahnhaltestelle (Straßmannstraße): 5 min Fußweg
Nächste U-Bahn-Station (Weberwiese): 8 min Fußweg
Die Wohnung ist 15 Minuten mit der U-Bahn und nur 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad vom Alexanderplatz und der Warschauer Straße.
Supermärkte in der Nähe: Edeka, Netto, Denn's Biomarkt, Rewe und Lidl
Die Gegend ist im Allgemeinen recht ruhig, aber trotzdem nicht weit vom Berliner Nachtleben entfernt.

The flat is 15 minutes from Alexanderplatz and Warschauer Straße by underground and only 10 minutes by bike.
Groceries shopping: Edeka, Netto, Denn’s Biomarkt, Rewe and Lidl.
The area is generally pretty quite and calm, but your still not far away from Berlins nightlife.
Marc studiert Informatik im Master und schreibt gerade an seiner Masterarbeit arbeitet, deshalb wird es eher eine Zweck-WG sein.

Da ich momentan nicht in Deutschland bin, wäre es am besten, mir einfach eine Email zu schreiben. Wenn du Fragen hast, können wir auch über WhatsApp, Zoom oder FaceTime telefonieren.
Im Preis sind alle Kosten enthalten, es fallen also keine zusätzlichen Kosten für Gas, Strom oder sonstiges an. Ich nehme für den Zeitraum 300€ Kaution, die danach zurück bekommst, sofern das Zimmer unbeschädigt ist.

The price includes all costs so there won’t be any extra charge for gas or electricity or anything else.
I take a deposit of €300 for the period, which I get back afterwards if the room is undamaged.
