It’s important for me to find a great person who can take care of my room and get along with my flatmates. They are really cool and we like to do things together like cooking, hosting dinners and brunches, going out, playing games or having a wine tasking. We do love wine 🍷 haha 😆
I am going to Australia for one year but I might stay even longer there. I’ve already started to look for a person, who can take over this room as it takes time to make a sublet contract with a housing association.
I am leaving 27th March so it’s possible to move in earlier than 1st April 😊
I am currently sharing the flat with 3 other friends of mine, two cool guys and one amazing girl.

Our flat is located 5 min walk from Ostbahnhof. There is a Netto supermarket, few restaurants and bars nearby.

DEPOSIT: €1400 ( 2 months of rent )
What is included: All of the furniture pieces, my plants ( please take care of my babies 😜😂) and the beddings ( if preferred)
As I am going to travel across the globe, I am going to take all of my personal belongings.
