Hello!
I will be traveling outside of Berlin from December 18 until the end of January and would like to rent my room during that time. I can be flexible with the move-in & move-out dates if needed.
Rent will be €175/week or €1050 for the entire 6 weeks. Kaution for the entire 6 weeks would be €350. If you want to rent for just a few weeks, the Kaution would be €50 for each week rented.
The roommate is a lovely Irish lad who mostly works evenings and his very sweet dog. MUST BE COMFORTABLE WITH DOGS. And sorry, no other animals allowed in the apartment.
The room will be fully furnished. The apartment has a large common area, a washer & dryer, and a large balcony off the kitchen. The apartment is on the 2nd floor, but there is an elevator.
Neighborhood is amazing! Super close to really great bars, restaurants, grocery stores, and clubs. Short walk to two main stations: Ostkreuz & Frankfurter Allee, plus easy access to buses and trams.
Anmeldung not possible.
