Hallo:)) gerne gerne vermiete ich mein WG-Zimmer vom 11.01 bis zum 02.03 unter. Das Zimmer ist groß und gemütlich, hat alles was man braucht, Schreibtisch, Kleiderschrank, Sofa, viel Licht, gemütliches Bett (ab deinem Einzug habe ich dann auch mein größeres 160 Bett aufgebaut;) ). Das Zimmer ist zur Straße ausgerichtet, aber die Straße ist ruhig gelegen ohne laute Bars und Verkehr, da Sackgasse. Einen schönen Ausblick auf die bunte Fassade des gegenüberliegendes Hausprojektes.
Hello:)) I would be happy to rent out my room from January 11th to March 2nd. The room is large and cozy, has everything you need, desk, sofa, shelf, lots of light, comfortable bed (when you moved in I will also have set up my larger 160 bed ;) ). The room faces the street, but the street is quiet without noisy bars and traffic as it is a dead end. The view also quiet nice on a colourful house project on the other side of the street.
Unschlagbare Lage: 2 Minuten vom Boxhagener Platz und buntem Angebot an Bars, Restaurants, etc.
ÖPNV: 4 Minuten von der U5 Samariterstraße, 15 Minuten Frankfurter Allee, 15 Minuten Warschauer Straße
Edeka, Netto, Lidl, Denn's, Drogerien und den Wochenmarkt am Boxi, alles direkt um die Ecke
Unbeatable location: 2 minutes from Boxhagener Platz and a variety of bars, restaurants, etc.
Public transport: 4 minutes from U5 Samariterstraße, 15 minutes Frankfurter Allee, 15 Minutes Warschauer Straße

Zusammen wohnen wirst du mit zwei lieben Mädels. Wir verstehen uns alle super, haben allerdings alle sehr unterschiedliche Arbeitszeiten, weshalb wir uns nicht manchmal nicht soo oft sehen. Das Zusammenleben ist also sehr entspannt und zwanglos:)
You will live together with two lovely girls. We all get along really well, but we all have very different working hours, which is why we don't sometimes see each other that often. So living together is very relaxed and easy going :)
Für den Januar würde ich dann natürlich nur die halbe Miete nehmen, also 235€.
Für Februar die komplette Miete, also 470€.
Für März natürlich nichts ;)
