Hallo ihr Lieben, ich bin reisen und vermiete in der Zeit mein Zimmer unter. Es ist gemütlich, groß und ruhig. Wir haben eine Wohnküche mit Coach und gut ausgestatteter Küchenzeile. Das Bad ist hell und riesig. Da ich für März schon jemanden gefunden habe, wäre es noch kurzfristig für die letzten beiden Februarwochen verfügbar.
Wir wohnen im schönen Samariterkiez. Es gibt alles was du brauchst in der Nähe - Lidl, Rewe, Cafés, Restaurants, Yoga Studio etc. U-Bahn und Ringbahn und Tram gibt es auch!
Du würdest mit Charly und Sofia zusammen wohnen, beide sind Architektinnen - Charly ist gerade in den Endzügen ihrer Masterarbeit und Sofia arbeitet schon. Beide sind super unkompliziert und herzlich. Wir kochen häufig zusammen oder füreinander, quatschen einfach so zwischendurch und laden ab und an Leute zu uns ein für gesellige Abende oder Nachmittage.
Du könntest auch schon früher einziehen.

Short English version: I'm subletting my cozy room in the Samariterkiez. Maybe the perfect opportunity if you are looking for a place from which you can search for a longterm flat or need a place in between rents. It's a very nice neighborhood with everything you need right around the corner. You'd be sharing the flat with my lovely flatmates Charly and Sofia. We usually share everything in the flat and enjoy spending time together. If you're interested please send me a message with a few words about yourself. You could also move in earlier
