Wir haben ein schönes WG-Zimmer mit Hochbett vom 1.2. bis 1.8. frei. Wir sind eine 3er WG in einer Altbau-Wohnung in Friedrichshain mit Balkon, keine Zweck-WG und müssen noch mit Kohlen heizen. Es ist eine große Wohnung mit zwei Wohnzimmern einem kleinen Bad mit Dusche und einer dreieckigen gemütlichen Küche. Dein Zimmer wäre ein etwa 20qm großes Erkerzimmer.
Wir sind eine 31-jährige Neuseeländerin und ein 62-jähriger Junggebliebener. Da unsere Mitbewohnerin ein Praktikum in Frankfurt macht, suchen wir für ein halbes Jahr eine neue Mitbewohnerin.
Die Miete ist 380 € im Monat alles inklusive, auch Kohlen und taz.
Am Freitag Nachmittag (26.1.) wollen wir nacheinander ein paar Leute einladen, die Interesse haben. Hättest Du Interesse und hättest Du Zeit? Dann lass uns Freitag einen Termin machen.
