Hey ihr Lieben,
wir suchen eine nette Zwischenmieterin von 01.02. bis 01.05. für ein schönes, großes möbliertes Zimmer im Herzen von Friedrichshain. Das Zimmer (ca. 21 qm) mit einigem Balkon ist in einer wunderschönen Altbauwohnung in der Nähe vom Boxhagener Platz und unzähligen Bars & Restaurants. An Möbel gibt es ein 160cm breites Bett, Nachttisch, Kleiderstange, Lampe, Kommode & Sessel.
Du wirst mit zwei coolen Frauen wohnen, die haeufig im Home Office arbeiten. Ausserdem haben wir eine große Küche in der wir gerne zusammen kochen und chillen.
Öffi Anbindungen - die Folgenden sind alle innerhalb von 10 min fußläufig erreichbar:
S+U Bahn: Frankfurter Allee, Frankfurter Tor, Samariterstraße, Warschauerstraße, Ostkreuz.
Tram: M10, M13, M21
Buslinie 240 (faehrt direkt zu Ostbahnhof & Ostkreuz)

Hey lovely people,
we are looking for a temporary renter from 01. Feb until 01. May for a big furnished room in the heart of Friedrichshain. The room, which is about 21 square meters, will come with a 160 cm bed, bedside table, clothes rack with hangers, sideboard, lamp, armchair and private balcony. The apartment is located in a charming old Berlin apartment that is very close to Boxhagener Platz and a variety of bars and restaurants.
You would be living with two cool women. We have a large kitchen where we like to cook and hang out together.
Connection to public transportation is fantastic and reachable within 10 min (or less) walking: S+U-Bahn: Frankfurter Allee, Frankfurter Tor, Samariterstraße, Warschauerstraße, Ostkreuz
Tram: M10, M13 & M21
Bus: 240 (takes you directly to Ostbahnhof or Ostkreuz)
The price for the room for the whole month is 700 EUR (incl. utilities and a cleaning lady who comes once a week). If you are interested, please send over a PM with a brief description of yourself. :)
