Ich vermiete ab April ein großes, helles Zimmer in Berlin-Friedrichshain.
Die Altbau-Wohnung wurde gerade erst frisch renoviert. Das Zimmer ist möbliert. Außerdem hat die Wohnung ein modernes Bad mit Waschmaschine und Dusch-Badewanne. In der Küche gibt es eine Spülmaschine.
Im Preis sind alle Nebenkosten sowie Strom und WLAN enthalten.
Nichtraucher-WG und keine Tiere erlaubt.
I'm renting out a large, furnished room in Friedrichshain from 1st April in a recently renovated apartment. The apartment has a modern bathroom with a bathtub and a washing machine. There is also a dishwasher in the kitchen.
The rent includes all utilities like electricity, WiFi etc.
Smoking and pets are not allowed.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig im Hinterhaus und gleichzeitig super zentral in Berlin Friedrichshain. Sehr gute ÖPNV-Anbindung. Es gibt viele Möglichkeiten zum Essen gehen und Einkaufen im Kiez.
The apartment is located in a quiet street and the room is facing the backyard. At the same time, it is super central and well connected to public transport. There are lots of cafés, restaurants and shops nearby.
Du wirst mit mir, Sophia (27), zusammenleben. Ich arbeite Vollzeit an einem Forschungsinstitut und bin in der Regel ca. 3-4 Tage im Büro und arbeite 1-2 Tage von zuhause. Mir ist es wichtig, dass wir uns beide zuhause wohl fühlen und auch mal zusammen quatschen, kochen oder einen Film schauen. Gleichzeitig sollte es auch normal sein, dass man sich im Zimmer ungestört zurückziehen kann.
Ich ernähre mich vegan und fände es super, wenn du auch vegan/vegetarisch lebst - ist aber kein muss! Außerdem würde ich mir wünschen, dass wir beide die Gemeinschaftsräume sauber halten und regelmäßig putzen.
You will be sharing the apartment with me, Sophia (27). I work full-time at a research institute and usually go to the office 3-4 days/week (and work from home 1-2 days/week). It's important to me that we both feel comfortable at home and that we once in a while hang out, cook together or watch a movie together. At the same time, it should be totally fine to spend some alone time in our rooms if we feel like it.
I'm vegan and it would be great if you were vegan/vegetarian too - it's however not a must! Besides, I care about living in a neat apartment where we both take care of cleaning the common spaces regularly.
