This room is available from the 1st April as our roommate is moving out. We have been living here almost a year and a half, and the location was really our first choice for moving here as it is within a 3 minute walk to the Weberweise u-bahn station along with a balcony we just couldn't say no to! (120 square metre balcony - no joke.... check the pics!)
We are both working professionals here in Berlin and we take advantage of the living space to the full in terms of arranging partys every once in a while with friends and colleagues within the house. Nothing too dramatic, but the person must be open to allowing everyone to enjoy the apartment every once in a while. We honestly don't do this so often, we're just the classic young working professionals who can't help but enjoy the apartment and large terrace every so often.
We are looking for someone to move in who is looking for atleast a year of accomodation. We will not accept any applicants looking for accomodation for less than atleast a year. Stable income is the essential part we are looking for here along with a laid-back person just looking to live with as little hassle as possible when it comes to co-sharing an apartment in Berlin. Living here at the moment is myself, 29 year old (m) Irish software developer, and 28 year old (f) project manager.

3 minute walk to the Weberweise u-bahn station
Bus routes also run along the main road towards Frankfurter allee etc.
Feel free to check other transport next to the address: 91 Karl Marx allee, 10243, Berlin.
All in all, we are very happy with the transport because the U5 at Weberweise is a 3 minute walk and then you can ride 3 stops to get to the ring bahn at Frankfurter Allee.
