Hello, I’m Mariam. I will be renting out one of the rooms in a 3 room shared apartment. The room is approximately 12m^2 and will be rented furnished. In the apartment, there is a washing machine, a storage closet, and there is also a cellar. It is on the fourth floor with an elevator. The kitchen and bathroom are small but modern and with everything you could need.
The location of the apartment is fantastic! You are a five minute walk from the Landsberger Allee S-Bahn station and
the trams M5, M6, M8 and M10 are practically right outside the door. There’s a Netto and Rewe within a 5 minutes walk. It’s also an 8 minute walk away from the Volkspark!
You will live with two girls who have been in Berlin for some time and are both working full-time here. They're looking for someone who in a similar life situation to them and is easy going.
At first you will fully take over the room only however there is a high chance to also take over as the Hauptmieter(in) - might also be possible to do it much sooner as we can negotiate with the rental company to allow you to take over earlier!
The landlord requires that you are a full time worker and have a monthly salary of at least three times the rent so please only apply if this case for you :)
