The room in the renovated old flat is 20 square meters in size and fully furnished. Bed linen, towels, and everything you need in the kitchen are provided. There is also a cozy balcony, a TV, a sofa, a desk, and a bed. The room receives plenty of sunlight in the mornings and afternoons.
All residents share the balcony. However, if you need your privacy, you can simply close the door to your room or let us know. We will be happy to respect that. :)

20 qm großes Zimmer in einer renovierten Altbauwohnung. Das Zimmer ist voll Möbeliert und du musst nichts mitbringen. Bettwäsche handtücher und alles notwenige in der Küche sind vorhanden. Du hättest einen Balkon der sehr gemütlich eingerichtet ist, einen TV, Sofa schreibtisch Bett etc sind auch alles vorhanden. Das Zimmer hat morgens und Vormittags viel Sonnenlicht.
Den Balkon benutzen alle miteinader aber wenn du deine Privatsphäre brauchst kannst du eifach die tür zu deinem Zimmer schließen oder das kommunizieren und wir werden das sehr gerne respektieren:).
The flat is located in one of Berlin's most beautiful streets - Knorrpromenade, just 3 minutes away from Boxhagener Platz. Here you are right in the heart of Friedrichshain, surrounded by cafés, bars and boutiques. In a quiet street but still right in the center. Ostkreutz station is a 10-minute walk away and can take you anywhere on the Ringbahn. The Samaritastraße station with the U5 is also a 10-minute walk away and the tram in three directions, including in the direction of Prenzlauerberg or Warschauerstraße, is only 3 minutes from the flat.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer der schönsten Straßen Berlins - der Knorrpromenade, nur 3 Minuten entfernt vom Boxhagener Platz. Hier bist du mitten im Herzen von Friedrichshain, umgeben von Cafés, Bars und Boutiquen. Also in einer ruhigen Straße aber trotzdem mittendrinn. Die Station Ostkreutz ist 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen und bringt dich mit der Ringbahn überall hin. Die Station Samaritastraße mit der U5 ist ebenfalls 10 fußläufig und die Tram in drei richtungen unter anderem richtung prenzlauerberg oder richtung Warschauerstraße ist nur 3 minuten von der Wohnung entfernt.
Hi, I'm Jule and I'm renting my Room for 3 Months :) beneath you can find a description of our Wg Life! I am doing a trial month move-in with my Boyfriend it could very well be that i would rent my room for a longer Term after the three months depending on how everything goes and how you would fit into the WG :) For these three Months, you would live with Kimberly and Celine. Kimberly is from New York and Celine is from Marseille the main language spoken in the Appartmenet is English :)

Description of WG Life:
We are both busy with work, studies, sports, and friends during the week. In the evenings, we enjoy having dinner together and engaging in conversations. if we are both free on the Weekends we also enjoy spending time together by having film evenings, going to flea markets or the cinema, and trying out new restaurants. If you would like to join us, we would be very happy!
We are looking for someone who can fit into our rhythm and appreciates a quiet retreat at home during the week. Since we both work from home occasionally, and you may want to do the same, a quiet atmosphere during the week is important to us.
We value a friendly relationship among flatmates and prioritize open communication to ensure everyone's needs and wishes are heard. Our goal is to create a benevolent, respectful, and enjoyable living environment for all.
