Heya, I am going back to Czech rep (my homeland) for 4 months and I am looking for someone to sublet my room in our friendly WG while I am gone. Looking preferably for FLINTA* and someone who doesn't need anmeldung.
The room is furnished with a bed with one nightstand, a desk with a chair, a wardrobe, and a bigger chair. It also has a 4K TV. It is 13m2.
The contract is for 4 months, the rent is 525€ all included (internet also). There is a deposit worth 1 month of rent.
The flat is located in the heart of the lively quarter of Friedrichshain, while being in a quiet street. It is close to many Friedrichshain bars, restaurants and spätis, midway between Boxagehener Platz and RAW, approximatly 5 min by walk from each.
You can reach the SBahn and Ringbahn in Ostkreuz in 10 min by walk, the U5 (Samariterstraße) in 15 min and Warschauer Straße in 15 min. The closer transportation is the tramway M13, which is on the next street (we don't hear it at all from the flat). With a bike you can easily reach Kreuzberg and Treptower Park in less than 5min, passing by Modersöhnsbrücke.
The building has an elevator and a courtyard where you can park your bike.
The main tenants of this flat are Sid (28, from India), Bastien (26, from France) and Tecla (24, from Italy). Sid and Bastien have been living together in this apartment for two years now, while Tecla joined us in June 2023.
Our values are all about open communication, mutual respect and living in a judgment-free environment. If you don't feel like talking or having lunch with others sometimes it's totally fine! And if you want to do some joint cooking sessions, share a tea with someone or exchange gardening tips you'll always be welcome to do so.
We want people living here to be comfortable and feel right at home.
We're all working full-time. In the evenings you'll most likely find us in the kitchen as we're big cooking aficionados or sharing drinks, catching up about our respective days.
We're looking for a respectful and open-minded person. We're particular about keeping the apartment clean and would love our roommate to also not be loud and noisy - especially during the week.
