Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr:
Die Wohnung ist zentral zwischen Ostkreuz und Ostbahnhof gelegen. Zur Station Warschauer Straße mit den S-Bahn (S3, S5, S7, S75, S9) und U-Bahn Anschlüssen (U1, U3) ist es nur 8 Minuten zu Fuß. Dann gibt es noch zwei Tram-Linien (M10 und M13) die innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu erreichen sind. Zur U5 am Frankfurter Tor brauchst du ca. 10 Minuten.

Einkaufen:
Neben der Verkehrsanbindung gibt es Fußläufig alles was man braucht. Supermarkt, Drogeriemarkt, Bars, Restaurants und zum Boxhagener Platz wo Samstag Wochenmarkt ist und Sonntag Flohmarkt brauchst du nur 5 Minuten.

Kino, Bars und Cafés:
In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es zwei sehr schöne, kleine Kiez-Kinos und unzählige gute Cafés, Bars und Restaurants

Beat81 und Gyms:
100m fußläufig gibt es ein Beat81 zu dem ich auch gerne gehe. Außerdem gibt es in direkter Nähe verschiedene Gyms. Z.B. FitX oder Holmes Place

Public Transport Connections:
The apartment is centrally located between Ostkreuz and Ostbahnhof. It is only an 8-minute walk to Warschauer Straße station, which has connections to the S-Bahn (S3, S5, S7, S75, S9) and U-Bahn (U1, U3). There are also two tram lines (M10 and M13) that can be reached within 5 minutes. It takes about 10 minutes to get to the U5 at Frankfurter Tor.

Shopping:
In addition to the transportation connections, everything you need is within walking distance. Supermarket, drugstore, bars, restaurants, and it's only a 5-minute walk to Boxhagener Platz where there is a weekly market on Saturdays and a flea market on Sundays.

Cinemas, Bars, and Cafes:
In the immediate vicinity, there are two very nice, small local cinemas and countless good cafes, bars, and restaurants.


Beat81 and Gyms:
There is a Beat81 just 100m away, which I also like to go to. Additionally, there are various gyms in the immediate vicinity, such as FitX or Holmes Place.

Ein paar Informationen zum WG-Leben und mir:

In der Wohnung lebe ich aktuell alleine und suche daher nach einer oder einem freundlichen MitbewohnerIn.

Was mir an einem Zusammenleben wichtig ist:
-> Ein gutes Miteinander bei dem man auch mal z.B. zusammen kocht. Keine großen Erwartungen, da ich mit dem Job und Sport bereits viel eingebunden bin und sowieso gerne unterwegs bin, aber eine reine Zweck-WG würde ich mir nicht wünschen.
-> Eine ordentliche und saubere Wohnung.
-> Rücksicht aufeinander zu nehmen, sodass jeder gerne Abends nachhause kommt und Zeit in der Wohnung vebringt.

Über mich:
-> Ich arbeite Vollzeit und bin 5 Tage die Woche im Office
-> Ich laufe viel, gehe gerne 1xWoche zu Beat81, koche gerne zuhause und gehe sehr gerne ins Kiezkino, Cafés, Bars und Galerien.

I currently live alone in the apartment and am looking for a friendly roommate.

What is important to me in a shared living situation:
-> A good relationship where we can occasionally do things together, like cooking. No big expectations, as I am already quite busy with work and sports and I enjoy being out and about, but I would prefer not to have a purely functional shared apartment.
-> A tidy and clean apartment. This, of course, only applies to our shared spaces. :)
-> Consideration for each other so that everyone enjoys coming home in the evening and spending time in the apartment.

About me:
-> I work full-time and am in the office five days a week.
-> I run a lot, like to go to Beat81 once a week, enjoy cooking at home, and love going to local cinemas, cafes, bars, and galleries.
-> Do you want to know anything else about me?

-> Tiefgaragenstellplatz: bei Bedarf kann zusätzlich ein PKW Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage angemietet werden. Ich glaube der liegt aktuell bei ca. 160 EUR/ Monat.
-> Dein Fahrrad kannst du kostenlos und ebenfalls in der Tiefgarage abschließen.
-> Die Wohnung verfügt über einen Aufzug.
